Motorcycle Clubs
In Switzerland, but also in the region, the motorcycle scene is very active. In countless clubs there are like-minded people who indulge in their hobby together and socialize with each other. Your hotelier is a board member of the Grischa Chapter Switzerland and knows the scene well.
The motorcycle clubs in the region
The Grischa Chapter Switzerland is a fun horde, now over 120 in number, enthusiastic Harley Davidson drivers. They have dedicated themselves with a lot of heart to a passion with horsepower, chrome, rivets, leather and divine sound. The love for machines, the desire for adventure and freedom in a camaraderie atmosphere, where everyone helps everyone else, where joy and sorrow are shared and where people like it sociable, connects the members. An association of motorcyclists has existed since 1928 under the name of Motor Club Chur and the surrounding area, known as MCC. The MCC is affiliated as a section to the national association, Federation of Motorcyclists in Switzerland – FMS. In 2012 the club counted 32 members.
The Motorrad Arosa Club was founded on September 12th. Founded in 1986 and currently consists of 52 members. After a few years of belonging to the FMS, the club is now a “free” motorcycle club again.
The Club Harley-Davidson Chur (CHDC) was founded in 1987 by 7 guys. As the name suggests, they ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles. They maintain the community among themselves, with freebikers and motorcyclists from other clubs.
